What If I Don't Comply with MEES?
For us to book you in for a full technical survey, we firstly need to determine whether you have a non condensing boiler – typically installed BEFORE 2005. It’s usually easily identifiable under the boiler where if you can see a white/grey plastic ‘condensate’ pipe it will mean you have a condensing boiler and unfortunately we won’t be able to help.
